Is your NEA Student Program interested in a special project to recruit more members or sponsoring a community service project? NEA has grants available to help you pay for these events. NEA Jack Kinnaman Scholarship
This scholarship will offset the tuition of an NEA student member. It was created in memory of an education advocate and longtime NEA member. Application deadline: April 10.
Bill Oban Special Education Scholarship
Established in memory of long-time special educator, NDEA member, and state legislator Bill Oban, this scholarship is available to undergraduate students pursuing a teaching career in special education. Awarded by the NDEA Foundation ~ Deadline -- March 1.
Funded with donations from members, memorials and gifts from individuals and businesses interested in public education in North Dakota, these scholarships assist and recognize outstanding students preparing to enter the teaching profession.
